  • The Growth Sprint is a 90-day program that helps founders and small business owners simplify their focus, align their growth efforts, and get mission-critical projects done.

    Through 1:1 strategy and execution sprints, Sara serves as a strategic partner and hands-on support, bringing calm and impact to founders and their businesses in just 90 days.

  • We meet for one hour, biweekly and in between, we’ll both have some homework. You can anticipate that taking an additional 1-2 hours so in total, the program costs you an average of 5-10 deep thinking hours/mo.

  • The method is industry-agnostic, and I’m excited by the opportunity to help people more than a given industry.

    With that being said, my background is primarily in tech, B2B, and service-based businesses.

  • At the end of our time together, you’ll walk away with valuable intangibles (peace, focus, direction, clarity) in addition to some anchoring documents to direct your focus and continue forging the path ahead.
