Hi, I’m Sara — a deep thinker, strategic operator, and the person founders call when they need to cut through the noise and actually move.

My path here wasn’t linear — and that’s exactly what makes me good at this.

I got my start inside a VC-backed tech startup called Phood, where I came in to help with some press ahead of a fundraise, and ended up going all-in on business building.

I learned venture capital, growth strategy, and what it actually takes to build something from the ground up. In my tenure, we scaled product placement from 5 to 500+ locations and team from 4 to 15 full-time employees.

It was exhilarating, but I also learned (the hard way) that alignment is more important than assignment, and discovering that in myself changed everything about how I work.

In the time that followed (hello career break!), founder friends started coming to me asking for marketing help — but that was rarely what they actually needed. What they needed was clarity, focus, and someone to think alongside them. So I started working with them, and out of that, developed a methodology to build what is now The Growth Sprint.

It’s helped founders 5x inbound leads, grow revenue 150%, and 4x their pipeline. Not by doing more — but by getting ruthlessly focused on what actually matters.

Alongside this work, I currently lead operations at a high-growth, mission-driven church — building teams, leading leaders, and applying startup agility to community-driven scaling. Same skillset. Different arena. Lots of personal growth and leadership development.

The thread running through it all: helping ambitious people see clearly, move deliberately, and build something that lasts.
